MOS International Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing good quality merchandise that is of a high standard to all of our customers.  

Please note that our products are described as accurately as possible, due to digital imaging shades of certain colours may be different on items.  Therefore we will not accept "Colour Discrepancy" returns due to having no control over your computer monitor settings. 

Damaged or Faulty Products

We expect your order to reach you in perfect condition. You should inspect your product as soon as you receive it and should you find that any item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

Procedure

We will then require photographs of the damaged rug/s to be sent to the abovementioned email address, if you do not have the technical facilities to do this, please contact us and we will organise our local sales representatives to do this for you.

Please note that we must be notified of a damaged or faulty product within 7 days of you receiving your product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
